I spent my young life working in the service industry and serving in the US Army National Guard, while studying biology and psychology in college, receiving a degree in Health Science.
When I was 23 years old, I suffered from an undiagnosable autoimmune condition. This marked the beginning of my healing journey, almost 10 years ago, of learning to understand the language of my body (sensation) and how it relates to my mind.
During that time, I remembered my passion for yoga and successfully healed my body with food and movement as medicine. I learned to respect pain as valuable information, accepting that my body is my ally. I witnessed firsthand the body's incredible ability to heal itself with consistency of healthy habits over time. After this experience, I became increasingly interested in holistic preventative care, and found my calling in massage therapy in 2018.

I graduated from Cortiva Institute and started my career in massage therapy in 2018. Reiki certified since 2019. Since that time, my work in massage has been focused on assisting my clients with releasing chronic pain patterns with a trauma informed massage approach offering somatic mindfulness, myofascial techniques, and presencing work.
I continue to expand my knowledge and skills in Somatic Mindfulness and Presencing work with continuing education and relevant reading material on bodywork, somatics, and the effects of trauma on the body/mind.
My pressure in massage ranges from the most gentle to medium and I use a combination of techniques in my sessions depending on your needs and preferences, such as; deep tissue, myofascial, cupping, somatic mindfulness, presencing, gentle movement, stretching, breathwork, reiki, and many other therapeutic massage techniques.

When we engage together in conscious awareness of feeling without judgement, we can illuminate a previously unreachable and unconscious pain cycle. It is in this light of conscious, curious, loving awareness where positive change and transformation take place.
